Personally (because I have done it before) I would use an Emulator or OPENEMU. Install one of those, get a save editor, and you're good to go. It's pretty simple. Pink_Cheese Posted April 15, 2020 Share Posted April 15, 2020 I don't think it's obtainable through normal play, i mean there is one mission where you can get in one with Chan but i don't think the devs ever intended helicopters to be obtainable in the game.
