Number of people in session - disparity

Over the past couple of weeks I've been in a few sessions with a small number of people i.e. below ten. However, when I've checked options>online>players it says they were full sessions. I was also seeing names leaving that weren't on the map. Never noticed this before but tbh never really checked - I was just puzzled when I saw players leaving who were not listed in the session leaving and that made me check.

Depends where your looking for how many players. If just glancing round the map and only seeing a few dots but the names are in the playerlist - there are lots of trashy people exploiting some permanent OTR glitch at the moment. It's very cheap and dirty tactic. Otherwise they could be all driving round in RC bandito. But if you see same players killing people over and over look where the dead people are with thermal. No doubt there's some scum stood on a roof with a sniper somewhere nearby that isn't OTR or ghost organisation but has no marker on the map either. And they stay that way forever. Hopefully gets patched soon.

Fairly certain there was none of that going on. Pretty quiet, just as I like it. Was in a session recently where some guy was in a deluxo under the map, though. Thought that had been patched?
