What should I buy first: Avanger, MOC or Terrorbyte?

It is also the only place to modify the Oppressor Mk II if you are so inclined while I believe the MOC and Avenger only have the modshops, everything else on them isn't worth it in my opinion unless you have money to throw around.

You can upgrade weapons to MKII with it too (with the weapons workshop).

Terrorbyte. I only bought it for the mk2 solely to counter other mk2s, but the terrorbyte was one of the most appreciated surprises I've purchased since the akula. Buy it. It basically allows u to summon every office to whatever hood your in. Like a parking lot/alleyway office just a call away.
