C# Architecture pest practices

Hello,

 

I was wondering what the best practice is for architecture of all my mod files and classes. Normally like as a webdeveloper I use the tier method (data layer, functionality layer and visual layer). So for example in mods i do this:

 

- Project / solution 

   - Folder "scripts/functions" or something like that containing all functionality scripts like spawning cars etc.

   - Folder "Models" containing all model cs files, if I want to create my own cs models (like Player, Ped etc.)

 

And so on.. So every parts get seperated in different folders. 

 

But I was wondering what the best practice is for ordering files and the architecture of a mod? I have decompiled some .net mods but everyone uses another architecture it seems.. What's the best practice and best quality?
