The only catch is that if you complete the game without doing every mission (only main missions, you don't need to complete kill frenzies and find tokens) you'll get 'Nice Try!' instead of 'Game Complete!'. Not that finishing every mission guarantees the good ending either. I played v11.44 and got the bad ending even though I completed every main mission.
