Am i going to get a Ban?

I was playing in an online lobby when i wanted to ask for a mission that gives me the most money so I asked "i need money" and then "but not your money" and then a hacker/modder spawned money bags around me and i got 60k before i force - stopped the game. But i didn't wanted to get somebody else money . Am i going to be banned now?

Most likely not, but if/when this bothers you enough to ask us about it, you might as well open a ticket with R* using their support site, explain the same to them and politely ask the money to be removed. As a sum, 60k is ridiculously little, but doing this you could, at least, continue playing with pure conscious, and in the end I guess that's what matters here the most - that you tried to right a wrong that happened cause of a failure of communication.

^ Rockstar's Support site specifically instructs people not to create tickets about modded money or getting it removed. The Support guys don't have that ability anyway.
