Nightclub crates stopped producing

I have a tech assigned to cash and crates. Cash is producing, but crates stopped. I haven't changed anything. My tech for crates has an exclamation point by his head. What do I do?

Well you could start by reading the notification and/or looking at the stock levels. Crates are full. Either sell them or assign the tech to something else.

Correction; the exclamation point is cus my cash is full. Crates aren't producing at all in the time it took for cash to fill the crate stock didn't move at all.

Well cargo works but now cash isn't producing. This is where I crawl in a hole and hold myself

Edit: that's wrong. I realize now that it's the 2nd tech. He doesn't do anything anymore. Wtf?

Any ideas? Buy a third tech maybe? I'm at a loss
