Accidental vehicle replacement w/o notification

My friend was driving my car.

I was driving a stolen motorcycle, stolen from random NPC spawn on the road.

I drove it to Pay-n-spray to put insurance on it to claim it.

My friend was kicked out of my car and it despawned.

 

I filed a ticket and was told this is working as intended. That instead of moving your currnt car back to it's garage, they replace it in the database with whatever you just put insurance on. I was told that I clicked through a series of "are you sure" and OK'd it. I know that I did not. I understand that if I bought a car from something like super autos and the garage was full it would prompt me that I was going to replace a vehicle and need to press OK to continue. I didn't get this warning at the pay-n-spray, why the hell would I replace an upgraded armored kuruma with a motorcycle I just wanted for sh*ts and giggles. Has anyone else had this problem with the pay-n-spray?

At least it can be replaced. Im assuming you didnt but next time save a video clip.
