Can't Purchase Properties as Simeon hasn't called me.

The title is kind of a lie, he did call me but I missed it and since then haven't received another. Is there any fix to this or do I have to restart?

There is no reason for which you should not be able to buy a property except not having enough money.

Pickup your phone --> Open your internet Browser --> Dynasty 8

I'm level 15 currently, like I said after the mission Community Outreach Simeon had called me. I couldn't pick up in time due to dropping my controller twice lol. He hasn't called back and I have been playing for about 5 hours.

Commnunity Outreach is a Lamar/Benny's Mission (Not Simeon)

It has nothing to do with buying a property. To buy a property, Pickup your phone --> Open your internet Browser --> Dynasty 8

 

Lamar will not call you again. To play next Lamar's mission, do as follows:

Check your map by hitting the option button. On the Map, you should have a yellow L spot. Go there, enter the yellow point and you'll start the mission

The OP isn't wrong. When you start out in GTA Online, you'll get a call from Simeon - which immediately turns into a cutscene of him in a 6 car garage - telling you to consider purchasing a garage to store your vehicle(s). 

 

I think you'll have to open a Support Ticket on this one. 

 

What happens if you try to purchase a vehicle?

I got bank but it still says I have to wait for the call

I have been playing gta 5 but it won’t let me buy any properties I am on level 26 and I have 3 mill dollars but he hasn’t called and I did Lamar’s challenges up to the funeral one
