I did not check it. I’m going to assume by “more hairstyles”, that person just saw what each one looks like with the pomade. Which to be fair, some look really different. Like the Afro for instance, or the Harry from Dumb and Dumber haircut. I’ve had the stuff applied before when going into the barber. They’re all the same, just tweaked because of the product. So with full dead eye (without yellow fortification) and Slippery, you get an extra 5 seconds before it drains your core. With the other cards, it's 8 seconds. I think Rockstar messed up by putting faster drain on Slippery instead of Slow & Steady. Thank you for this answer. That makes more sense to me. I'll take a look at it again after update, see if it changes again. Cheers!
BUT THE BENZ
1 question: strange medicine, it's supposed to give you health when you deal damage, that's what the description says right? now does that mean my core gets filled, or the ring around it? feels like NEITHER gets re-filled. I take it, that when you shoot someone you deal damage?! doesn't it count for NPC?

It's just a tiny little bit at tier 1 like I barely noticed it when I first got the card. It increases as you level it up and becomes more noticeable. It works on your actual health bar, not the health core. I think it may 'hiccup' if you outright kill an enemy but it generally works majority of the time. You will notice you'll have to drink tonics a little more, the half health regen is pretty noticeable in an intense gun fight and you're low on health. You have to make a decision to pop out and shoot someone, possibly dying while doing that, or drink a tonic.
