DualWielder Posted January 30, 2019 Share Posted January 30, 2019 well, as far as I remember, the game does tell you at one point (or in the description) that the double action is the best revolver for shooting while on horseback, and I think you only use it automatically while you are on your horse in these situations, I noticed it too and I find in pretty annoying, but as long as you're on the ground you're gonna use the revolver/pistol you have equipped Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It makes sense that this happens on the horse since you have your saddle there, while on foot you lose access to those non-equipped weapons.
