I bought a garage for the Arena - can you remove it?

When I first bought an Arena property, I mistakenly thought I needed to buy a garage to store Arena vehicles in it, not realising the vehicles can be stored in the workshop.  I don't want it, as I won't use it. I don't need the space at all.  But now, the empty garage appears on my list when requesting a vehicle.  It's very irritating.  I think I know what the answer is, but is there any way at all to sell / remove this garage?  I don't care if it costs me to get rid of it - I simply don't want it anymore.

Fill it with gang Peyotes since their spawn points are so near. Never hurts to have a few decent value cars to sell.

Yeah, you just delete your online save data and that will delete the garage, all your cars, houses, guns, money, and levels.

just have it sat there for a future dlc. it will probably be quite a while until we get more garage space so you'll find that you will need the space eventually

Honestly, I don't think I will.  My apartment garage, facility and various other properties that come with a garage as standard - none of them are full to capacity.  I'm not one to madly collect every single vehicle there is.  I'm really selective in what I get.

would be nice if it was possible to sell anything and everything that is purchasable, including garages, a chance to claw back some money, I have 3 garage spaces and the yacht that I don't us, that money could come in useful.
