This one Female Pedestrian i'm trying to look for can anyone help me.

(Nothing 18+) So i was walking down Los Santos when I saw a Female Pedestrian walking down the side walk. I wanted to get some screenshots so I could find the files and have a friend put the model in XNalara. But a group of players in a Half-Track killed her and me. She was wearing jeans with black high heels, a black jacket with a light blue shirt underneath and a hat. She was blonde. Can anyone help me?

But back on-topic: I think the casino cutie is the only NPC I've noticed wearing jeans (checked my "cutie" section, and nothing turned up). I'll keep an eye out for her though.
