Stock fill levels before raids

I've read bunkers only get raided when you have 50% or more filled with stock. Is this true with nightclubs and cargo warehouses as well? I have two small cargo warehouses and have only been raided once, but I forgot how much stock I had when it happened. I am planning to trade one in for a large (Darnell Bros.) and will probably only sell solo. I've been hoping to get a Pounder and let my nightclub get higher than my usual 400k or so sales but don't want to get raided.

Special Cargo can only get raided when your warehouse is ~70 percent full and you're registered as a CEO i think. That could be totally wrong though, as i've been doing crates pretty consistently since the update and i've never been raided at all. As for nightclubs, i have no idea.

Coke Lockup - $80k / $112k stock value, idle timer 3 hours / 6 hours;

Meth Lab - $68k / $95.2k stock value, idle timer 4 hours / 8 hours;

Counterfeit Factory - $56k / $78.4K stock value, idle timer 5 hours / 10 hours;

Weed Farm - $48k / $67.2k stock value, idle timer 6 hours / 12 hours;

Bunker - 50% stock value ($250k / $300k / $350k), idle timer 5 hours / 10 hours

Crate Warehouse:

Small - 12+ crates stored, idle timer starts at 5 hours.

Medium - 30+ crates, idle timer starts at 5 hours.

Large - 78+ crates, idle timer starts at 5 hours.

Yet another reason to NOT buy crate warehouses...

I/E is by far the best business in the game.

I have both. Crates aren't bad, especially when double.

Indeed, raids only happen if in CEO's or MC's.

When nearing a full warehouse, I quit the CEO in the warehouse before exiting and start it again in the office or Terrorbyte. Be careful that if you have more large full businesses to quit after sales asap too.

Crates can be kinda boring and repetitive, though. I/E is far more interesting, in my opinion. It's basically just a quick drive with various vehicles back and forth between your office, pickup location and warehouse; and it offers the satisfaction of piecework pay 🤘

Oh, they sure can indeed. I usually just plod the odd few here and there but this week I really just fancied it having not for a while. But I/E to me is more 'proper GTA' of the businesses. Boosting cars, simple and good profits even on a regular day. A good variety on how too as well, solo driving, solo cargobob, collections with friends, no NPC's on sales with player threats or friendly rivals. Awesome.

Do love my nightclub though, earns well for just linking old businesses. A little expensive to start, but once set, we're more free to play how we want rather than squeeze in some 2x on stuff that can be a little boring after long. :)

So I guess After Hours did bring some useful content, then. 👌

Oh yeah, definitely. I was disappointed by the lack of other content with it, like cars. But very pleased with the garage space mind.

For anyone with a good $6m or so (can't remember the figures exactly, could be a bit more. No more than $10m IIRC), and those with old businesses like MC and got bored or made their mint and moved on, the club makes it a proper passive income for us. A one time thing to link it all up and it'll just keep on making product. Plus the sale options are fantastic as we can tune and heavily armour/weaponise our own van/trucks and choose to sell small amounts or larger sales, but either way, it's a one vehicle sale no different to VIP work really.

And we can manage it all from any session, just the sale needs to be public. Just so much more flexible, good music too. :)
