liaz6212
Hi everyone. If you play for a long time, half an hour or more, there is such an effect. What could be the reason for this?
Evil empire
I've never seen such a tall blue halo but is it an issue?

god speed
I found an older thread about a similar problem. It is likely caused by specific mods.
Lioshenka
I was going to say the same. Mods, I'm pretty sure. Any mods that change the graphics.
DEALUX
It's some kind of engine limitation. Possibly memory related. I get that bug too along with frequent game crashes but I have way more mods installed.
gts.
That's caused by the replay system as far as I can remember. Plus the replay system can cause crashes, even when you are not playing replays. The game still record in and that can break things like the issue you are showing here. If you are interested, here is an ASI plugin to disable the whole replay system and frees up the F1 and F3 key as well. Works with v1.0 executables for GTA 3, GTA VC and GTA SA.
