So this always happends. (Background on desktop changes to red sometimes, GTX 1050 Ti)

^That constantly happens every day :/. It was first all normal, and then out of nowhere every time I hover over an icon on the desktop, a BIT of the background just goes red. And if I drag around the mouse on the desktop so, you know, the blue box appears, the background gets redder and redder, so I can just fill in the whole background with redness. Also, for some reason, if I safe stuff or open notepad, the whole background goes red instantly.

To make it go normal again for a little, I constantly have to restart explorer.exe and my background goes to normal. But after a couple of minutes (random) it happens again...

I've done reinstalling GeForce Experience, did not seem to help.

This is going on for like 3-4 months, I thought it would stop after game-ready driver updates, but nope. I've searched around on the web, but I only found 1 thing about this, but without answers, so I guess this issue is very rare. I can still operate my pc 'normally', but just this is going on and it's annoying as heck tbh.

Please help me out with this if you can
