Exactly. Don't know where you got that info from. Frontier Pursuits came out an hour earlier than the Newswire post about the update. Technically there's still time, though I wouldn't hold my breath.

I think they would change the tunables when they release the update.

Although I can't remember how that went with previous updates.

As much as I am excited for the update, I don’t think it’ll come out today. Banks being opened might be just a bug caused by the part of the update added from the server side or by something completely else. 

 

I believe that today is a day when they’ll announce the update with the release date as well as more details on what we can expect.

Interesting about the banks btw, I know that during the mission Bring a Goddamn Posse you can enter the Valentine bank and grab some jewelry that's there to sell to the fence.

 

No reason to hype more stranger missions.

 

I'm not 100% sure but I could swear I walked into the Rhodes bank in the past on PC.
