Don't forget that qabeta they stopped working on 20+ days ago out of nowhere that could still be the update. I'm still in the camp something might've gotten delayed after that whole issue with the previous bonus week, etc. They're not gonna stop working on patches for the game etc so at least one of the qabetas is always gonna move even with an update in the horizon.

The Madam Nazar weekly collection gets updated automatically each week (just like Time Trials and Premium Races in GTA Online): it's not tied to a tunables update, thus it's no indicator whether or not we'll receive an update today. The same thing applies for the old bonuses disappearing. However, prepare to get disappointed if we get our usual set of bonuses and discounts, because that probably means that the update isn't coming out today.

My RDO social club stats seem to be working OK on PC btw. Just checked mine and it loaded fine. Hmm.

Hmm, on reddit people say they can walk in the bank in Rhodes/St. Denis now without glitching (nothing going on in there, though.)

I just tried on Rhodes, during the day, still can't enter the door.

It's a bug. You can also enter the wardrobe room in saint denis. Only works on pc tho.

No, but as far as I remember they'll just put out the new tunables with the new update. That's how they do it in GTA Online too, I'm pretty certain. And if I'm not mistaken they do the same for RDO.

Then second best case scenario we get update news with today's bonus week Newswire, I still have a feeling after that odd week something was pushed back. It happens, but I'm really itching to see what's in this update. Maybe they ran into an issue, or it could've failed Xbox/Sony cert (it happens more often than you'd think) and planned around not failing, etc.

Admittedly, I haven't been following this upcoming update too closely, but is there any evidence that this update will come in small chunks released over the summer? I've seen some people claim that and the fact that Rockstar in May first also mentioned high-stakes robberies and then later just "robbing homesteads and other activities" leads me to believe the first part of the update is smaller-crime stuff.

But I am not sure, banks being opened now may mean it's coming all at once.

That’s fine and everything and understandable, but the problem with Rockstar is that they probably won’t even tell us it’s delayed and carry on like nothing has happened. I love Rockstar and everything but their communication is absolutely pathetic.

 

People are running out of patience. It’s been a year since the last proper dlc. If Rockstar don’t give a tosh about their own game then just stop supporting it and we can all move on. But the funny thing is Rockstar probably wouldn’t even bother telling us they’ve stopped supporting it either lmao. That’s how much contempt they seem to hold for their own fans at times.

It's definitely odd how banks were opened but apparently it was affecting some other doors too so... Kinda feels like a background update was scheduled to accompany the real Title Update but the real thing isn't out yet.

IF the update should be out by today, it would already been there. DLC always are available earlier. Hopefully we will get some details in 3-5 hours when the newswire article is out...

What a strange thing, there was no marketing for this update, coming to think about it, with the weird bonuses last week and the strange door thing earlier, it literally feels like Rockstar is ran by one person, and he can't keep up with everything lol

No, Frontier Pursuits came out at 3 PM CET. 

Moonshiners did came out earlier, but the last 2 updates were later too, I think.

RDO updates aren't as consistent as GTAO updates.
