Anything new?

A lawman role would be great. I know it coincides with the Bounty Hunter a bit, but I'd love a chance to patrol the streets,

arresting drunks and dueling with desperados. You could even be promoted to a federal marshall or something in the upper ranks.

 

Another addition I'm still waiting eagerly, but admittedly with a tinge of hopelessness, is properties. A hunter needs his cabin and

farmer needs his farm, dammit! And yes, farmer would be a nice role too. More the merrier.

So there's 10 Legendary Bounties, and we'll get a new one each week. That means:

 

November 18th: Club Membership period ends

November 19th: Final Legendary Bounty

 

That's 2 end dates for this update in November. Could they be planning another update for November 26th?

It seems im the only person who doesn't has any interest in zombie content for both RDO or singleplayer.

 

Undead Nigtmare was fun... for a one time thing, add content that fits the setting, not zombies or unicorns.

Obviously it shouldn't be added directly into the main game. It should be a seperate online lobby.

R* announces early purchases for PC yet does not mention whether progress transfer will be a thing for online.  I know how GTAO worked and lost alot of progress and would like to avoid that for RDO.  I transfered an account to pc, but was unclear about the process, so I created another character on XB.  GTAO pc had to many mod menu issues, so I abandoned the PC account for online after I beat the story and cheaters were still running rampant.  But a lot of time had passed in between, which should not be the case for RDR2, unless R* hit the delay button which they did for GTAO and I pre purchased.  What a sucker I was?  The account I transfered to PC was already surpassed by my new account which became my main account when PC online failed to live up to my expectations. However, to my surprise the progress remained on XB from my first account. So I basically started from scratch for no reason.  I will probably buy a PC version, just to replay the story, but would not pre purchase or buy ultimate, possibly special edition.  Would like to know this info as when its brought up, a lot of people are confused, and think how I thought about GTAO.

I have read that the pc version of rdr2 the M1899 Pistol – all-new Semi-automatic handgun with clip loaded ammunition gets. Do “we” (Console players) also get it? And is te gun only available in story mode or online as well?

Just gotta wait for more info I guess, don't see why it would be exclusive to SP or PC given that online is their focus now and they already know how much people hate platform exclusive content.

If it's a typical corporation, they'll want to spike something in the Holiday black friday sales.  So getting the PC version out before then could mean all platforms are available for some tasty update.  At the very least I'd like to see them backfill the consoles with the updated SP content from the PC release.

It'll be really fun to see if they do the winter swap to RDO like they do to GTAO.

If you mean winter swap IE snow it wont happen we already have a large area of snow that rains regulary

Yeah the rain thing is messed up, up there.  I was thinking they'd just twist on the snow nob for everywhere instead of rain.  Naturally, it wouldn't build up to anything.  It'd be like a Wet Winter when the ground is too warm to keep the snow sticking.

I wouldn't necessarily want to have snow in New Austin, Great Plains, Roanoke and Lemoyne. But, it would be great around Christmas to have the same snow that we have in Grizzlies West covering as far South as Valentine and Strawberry and as far West as Bacchus Station.

 

It won't happen, but it would be cool.

 

You're probably right though, more saloon piano carols and the odd Christmas tree.

If they cover the whole map in snow, I'll surely refrain from selling goods during that period. I'd really hate to see these frail wagons slide down a ledge, detach the horse and fail your sale + losing the cargo.
