Next week it'll be a standard week with some bonuses and limited clothing, no news about the dlc and no new content. At least that's my guess.

Right, we only got 5 as fast we did cause it much like Halloween was already in the code.

 

There was a gap between ones we need updates for, so don't expect Outlaw Pass 6 for at least a week or two

Has there ever been a gap between Outlaw passes before though? I wouldn't be surprised if OP6 came as soon as OP5 finishes and then the chunk of the content comes later in the summer. They have already warmed us up by having OP5 out without any new content to go along with it, so it wouldn't be a complete surprise if it happened again.

Yes there has, how long I don't remember but there have been gaps. A pass ending is not a guarantee that an update is coming, the only way we'll get 6 is with an update.

5 was in the code since the last update, that's why nobody got excited. We knew it was a load of crap for months, some of us only did it for the extra ammo capacity or a clothing item/decor piece

Ah I read you wrong and thought you meant a content update rather than just updating the game, so yes it will need to be updated for OP6 but the content we have been waiting for may not come with the start of it is all I was saying.

ok, i have 17 complete collector sets (i am not one that collects that activally though)

with a total value of 4344$

lets see how many ranks that will get me in OP6 once it arrives with the next dlc

As every rank (at the current system) requires 2.000 XP (as far as I remember), you'll jump 8,5 ranks with 17 sets

It just occurred to me, I wonder if it is coincidence?  or if the timing of race releases in RDO and GTAO have anything to do with what is usually considered the biggest weekend in Motorsports.  Monaco GP was last weekend due to covid, but would normally be this weekend, Indy 500 is this weekend, and NASCAR has a big race(Coco-Cola??).  I'd have to think the peeps @ R* probably don't have a clue, but if they did, then I give them a little hat tip for that.

Not gonna lie, even if we get 3 role expansions in a single update, I would still consider that a pretty-okesh update.

I think the last 2 OPs were 1400 per level which would be good for the last one since there wasn't anything worth grinding an extra 600 per level. The last one should have been more like 100 xp per level.

This next one appears to be outlawish and doesn't even sound like it will feature a role. I did talk before about having new content excluded from the roles system, so looking forward to it.

3 role expansions = new role and half

Whatever they could be planning with Survival modes, that may end up as drip-feed. Much like hardcore series, since I recall that didn't release on day one?

Do you remember  tumbleweed infamous bounty mission ,Could it be that the things that you found had something to do with it, especially since it gave me a feeling of survival?

I'm still waiting for whatever massive world event to be the sacking of Tumbleweed to become the wreck found in RDR.  Then again... I doubt Thieves' Landing will ever get updated to be like RDR so maybe R* won't do anything at all with the obvious Tumbleweed timeline.

Thieves Landing in RDR1 was one of my favorite locations in the game.

RDR2 did not do it justice, at all.

I would hold onto most of your sets as they are good for finishing a Outlaw Pass if you run out of time rather than fast track the first few levels. 
 

Plus it’s more time consuming now to collect sets than it used to be so hold onto what you have.

I have most of the sets since march iirc.

I am thinking about either using them for OP6 or wait until there is a collector bonus.

Since even 50% more would result in like 2k more

R* makes it seem like there are only 5 people working on GTAO and RDO updates
At least they're no worse than MOJANG with Minecraft that takes years to implement what modders do in hours

After last year's lame excuse of an 'update' I actually believe they only have 5 people working on this game lmao

 

I hope the Outlaw content actually puts some life into this game, like it's FR stuff. Not hidden away in a loading screen, free aim, difficulty permanently increasing sh*thole like the telegram missions

 

Free aim is alright for SP but in a Online game you bet your ass I'm going autoaim against the AI. It's no fun otherwise
