I don't know if they're randomized or not. I haven't spent a lot of time in the game recently.

Unless the outlaw pass gets extended I fully expect a proper update before the end of March (March 30th at the latest), and I believe it will be larger than the Bounty Hunters update. You can call me a clown or whatever else you want but I am an optimist and this is what I believe. I have a few reasons for believing this. First of all the OP5 is ready too go meaning between Dec 1st and the next update no time was spent working on it. Second of all GTAO and RDO teams have a lot of crossover and last year they clearly put all of their attention into the cayo perico update, historically (except for the original heists) GTAO's spring update is always a very small one, so maybe they will put more resources on RDO for the spring update.

Nice to see optimism but the track record says otherwise. If anything, each progressive update has been worse than the last and the next OP will be the worst of all if the information on that has been accurate. Based on the next OP pass it looks like the next update will just be 10 more levels for trader.

 

Hopefully this time an update will be better than that.

Nope, neither the free mash refill, I hope is because of the maintenance they did yesterday for the in-game item delivery services, that they said it could produce delays on the products deliveries, because this game is a buggy mess, I just had to restart the game because I was going to sell some moonshiner stuff and the screen turned in an infinite loading screen when starting the mission...

OP5 is only 80 ranks and costs 35 Gold. I think at best if you are optimistic you can expect a trader extension. I don't think it can be as big as the bh update, given the 39 infamous bounties and 3 legendaries they added.

 

It kinda depends how far they go with trader extension. Is it just more of the same but more variety? Or are they actually introducing a different kind of business like taxidermy or having a storefront?

One thing I gotta say that for the last month or so I've never disconnected from online, not even once and never got any infinite loading screens at all. Also the normal, legendary animal, camp, random event spawns are working as intended, all of these in full 16-20 player lobbies.

The solution of putting players in a solo session for a few seconds to find a new session when your connection is weak is working as intended and it at least fixed the annoying connection problems for me.

For some the moving camp issue is bad because of the new session thing as well as losing gold cores and rings after a few minutes.

Yeah but there is 2 rewards in the same tier here and there, while the current op has only 1 reward in all tiers (except for the last tier)

I mostly don't make Cripps Special Stew unless it's a daily so it's less of a problem for me but I can see how that can be annoying for some.

Maybe R* can make characters retain gold cores accross sessions but I don't think they'd even consider it as a problem.

I've reported it quite a few times over the past year. They just increased the frequency of the merging lobbies. They may as well do away with those boosts.

 

I try to use Cripps stew as a weight management thing. I had it down to a fine art but it's impossible to do now.

what kind of "special" clothing comes with OP5? do we know already? by looking at game files or something?!

Experiencing "micro stutters" sometimes since game was released, in Valentine, Rhodes, Strawberry and other populated places.
Seems to increase if the lawmen are after someone. The FPS drops
Or the area is populated with players with "bad" internet connections. (these players have an charateristic "skidding" around for other players to see)

 

Now I'm on XBox but my guess is that the framrate is impacted by NPC count and wagons, horses etc.

 

Clearing the cahce seems to help a bit:
