I started playing again recently myself, I can't read music (I plan on learning) but I can play by ear to a reasonable standard. I only got back into it because my daughter has taken a liking to my guitars so I bought her a soprano ukulele, mostly because it's small enough for her to hold, it'd be pretty cool to play along to the music of RDR2 with her some day in the future.

I've always wanted to learn the banjo. You can't play depressing music on that. I always wish I had known how to play when I was a kid. Any time I got in trouble I could have broke out the banjo, started playing, and everyone would have cheered up. lol

 

Also bagpipes to use around people I can't stand.

You get a flat seventy five dollar bonus when you complete all faces on Prestigious Bounty Posters.

 

The normal price for all faces each time you bring them in and once the poster is complete you get paid for the last one and then seventy five dollars on top.

 

Not a bad payout if you rotate the posters or only have a little but of time to play each day.

Update is still garbage, communication or no communication with these bonus bounty missions. And personally, so far from what I've been experiencing, it's been nothing special. They've literally recycled content from the poacher missions from the Naturalist missions among other things. "Shoot the lock and free the animal from this cage. Now go here and shoot that lock and free this animal. Now go do it one more time and kill some more dudes while you're at it. Well done, the bounty target is here". much content, so variety, such quality. wow. And not to mention the Outlaw Pass featuring belt buckles that would have Marion Robert Morrison and Sergio Leone doing torpedo's in their graves.

 

Bad update is bad. Just like the "massive" Naturalist update was. This game deserves every bit of hate it's getting and more. It's no surprise that some of the regulars are turning high tail and leaving. I don't blame them at all.

Its proving a bit of a slog, yes.

An infamous bounty seems to give XP but it isn't announced alongside the role XP, gold etc notifications when you finish it.

I'm sort of at a loss as to how to quickly level this up, other than grinding trader for 2000XP for a distant delivery.

Not disagreeing with you at all, the update actually sucks, it’s a disgrace this is actually called an updates, just think the missions themselves have made the role of bounty hunter fun for me personally, is it gonna get stale in a week? Yes! Am I enjoying it at this moment in time, sure but that doesn’t mean I’m praising them for it. Now when it comes to the buckles it’s up to personal preference, for me I like them, they’re unique and different. Unlike most people here I don’t actually think they should remain faithful 100% to the time period in online, I think they should prioritize fun and cool sh*t in online, story mode was very faithful to the time period and that’s enough for me, for online they should focus on player experience over faithfulness to time period. Again it’s all up to personal preference, and I agree it’s a bad update but personally I’m enjoying the infamous bounties.

I saw somewhere on here that there is NO dripfeed. That will be catastrophic if true.

There are 2 legendary bounties left. 

 

Other than that we can expect the obligatory bonuses, coupons and returning limited stock clothing. 

 

But that's basically it until Outlaw Pass 5 and the next update, which will probably be a Trader or Collector expansion on March 16th at the earliest.

doesn't feel like it to me.
It's 1400 XP / level, think it's the same as before.
I'm at Level 60.
I've put some time into the game and adjusted slightly to gain more XP (feeding mostly feathers to Cripps and collecting a bit more) , but haven't been hardcore grinding or anything

I'm not convinced. We'll never truly know of course, but maybe a bit of both as this game has certainly gotten a mixed reception of late, to put it kindly. 

 

They may feel as this game hasn't lit a fuse, they now need to use GTA:O earlier than hoped to help convince/remind folk R* has more/better in-store elsewhere for when Cyberpunk comes. They surely know those keen on CP2077 are off to go play regardless anyway and nothing GTA:O offers will stop that.

you should be, because no matter what they did for red dead online while cyberpunk is right around the corner it wouldve been heavily overshadowed, gta will be able to compete but not red dead, even if it got a heists update right now

I'm another of those that would not be playing Red Dead Online now due to what Rockstar have done with the latest update and are trying to monetise everything going forward, so if I didn't have the Daily Challenges site [https://rdodailies.com for those that don't know] that is automatically updated anyway so I don't even need to play anyway but I also post the Daily Challenges here so I'm around anyway so I just log in for half an hour to an hour per day which I was doing before this update.

 

As soon as I have the new FME schedule sorted so I can update the Maps for Jean and the FME schedule website I will most likely not even spend 10 minutes in game, since I'm nearly done with the Outlaw Pass and Bounty Hunter Rank 30 so I won't be playing like I use to anyway due to the nerf of Daily Challenges which is what I basically enjoyed doing but it's just not worth my time any longer.

 

So sadly I would like to quit, but so many depend on what I'm able to do for the community that still remains, such as the Daily Challenges, since I currently get over 3k visits a day and increasing, it's not much but enough for me to continue to do what I do, sadly of those 3k visits no one has ever donated heh, of course I never expected any body to but would be nice ha, but still I originally did the Daily Challenges site for myself to keep track of the Dailies and decided to share it here and get involved with this community and I never expected the amount of visits that I'm getting, so looks like I'm going to be playing Red Dead Online for quite a bit yet until the visits stop coming.

Make sure you have at least 150 gold to be able to get it.
