To keep the hype juices flowing, lol, not seeing anything new could still mean something is happening on the background. Who knows, perhaps the updates are pushed a bit late at Sony's and Microsoft's, so it doesn't turn up yet, but later today it will?

look, you misunderstood it, they didn't mislead you. they didn't need to nail themselves down to a definitive date, the term they used is perfectly acceptable and not in the least misleading.

also, it doesn't matter what you or anyone else considers to summer, because officially, it does ends on the 23rd of september in the northern hemisphere.

 I've always considered summer to be from the end of spring on the summer solstace, to when it ends on autumnal equinox in the northern hemisphere. everything else is just semantics.

With the difference that there's always something to do while waiting in GTAO. Here, in RDO, there is simply nothing left to do while waiting. The updates have a lot more impact here.

Somebody should call emergency services over to the R* head office. Clearly the person in charge of licking the stamp and sending it has died at their computer before they could make the update go live
