mid september is still summer, so technically no, they haven't misled anyone.

Fine. It was misleading to me then. Why not just say ‘coming at the end of summer’ so everyone knows where they stand? They just keep saying every week ‘coming later this summer’. It’s deliberately vague.

 

And I consider summer to be June, July and August like others in here have said.

I know it has been on sale several times.

But they started a new sale a couple of hours ago.
