In reality the environmental conditions had to be within a rather narrow set of parameters, even relatively light winds preclude taking a balloon up safely, so their use wouldn't be universally guaranteed, time of day is important, as is temperature especially.

Are you referring to the Fernwater Coat? No, there are only two mentions of it and none of them is linked to a legendary animal.

I made sure to check and verify if the ones I posted were already available, but I haven't found any mention of them whatsoever, which made me realize they could be part of the drip-feed. I did find some coats specified for unreleased legendary animals. Interesting enough, the Legendary Shadow Buck wasn't released with the current event? As it's tied to either Harriet missions or Protect Legendary Animal event.

I think the 3rd variation of every legendary will be a Harriet mission. They might drip feed those one at a time once this drip feed is over.

Hmmm... that seems to be the plan, unfortunately. I was hoping they would start updating Harriet’s missions before September 7th, because I was planning to take some photos for the Naturalist photo challenge during Sighting missions.

 

Taking photos in free-roam isn’t the easiest. I even did the Legendary Bounty trick a few times to get a solo lobby, but the missions seem to affect the spawn of Legendary Animals and even regular animals.

If that is true that would be awesome. They might do it with the next gen version, that is what they did for GTAV (not sure when it came to GTAO though).

They are likely to be randomised to you only get a select few at a time like the bounty boards but a session change will give a different select few like the bounty boards.

 

A select few each time is to prevent multiple different players having the same mission / area to search, like the bounty boards since these are in free roam and not a separate lobby like the Legendary Bounty Missions.

As for spawning issues, even in the correct weather, it’s still quite random, the same as other free roam events not spawning in the correct conditions, so there is the random factor in place also.

 

Not sure I'm following, the legendary animal missions put you in a solo lobby last time I did any (prolly during the sun/teca gator event week). Granted I haven't tried them this week yet, unless somethings changed they do not take place in populated free roam lobbies.

Hey gang, I found some interesting stats that rockstar have added in the stats_mp file.

 

Incase you don't like reading a wall of text.

 

Money bags to turn into Camp.

Camp Followers to Hire

Livestock Herding.

 

I've also found AnimalTransformation data.

 

It seems Peyotes are indeed coming, and you'll have some stats telling you how many times you've transformed.

 

 

And number of characters created, unsure if this will track the amount of characters you've deleted and started again with, or if multiple slots are coming.

 

Take all of this with a grain of salt, some of it could be leftovers from the SP beta, or GTA Online.

Not that I know of, but you should probably hit up Dirty Tyler on YouTube and suggest it to him. Knowing him he'd probably think it's a good idea and cover it. I swear, that guy is an absolute saint and uploads pure quality content.

Oh and an emote where they have playing cards and do those hand tricks with them, that would be cool. I wished I could find examples to share what I am thinking about. There are so many that would be nice to see. Wishful thinking, I know.
