The Gator areas are swarming with players in most lobbies I've hopped to so I did a few laps around the Ambarino spawns as it's always quiet up there and I got nothing.

 

If my luck with R* RNG carries over from the nightmare I had passing out on Macbeth whiskey I should give up looking now.

The new clothes are really cool, especially the hats. Looks really cowboy/girl-ish. Did some heavy shopping. I am actually happy with today's drip feed.

Probably an unpopular opinion but I'd rather they charge gold for cosmetic items than anything else. At the very beginning of online Rockstar said gold would be used for cosmetic items. Of course they quickly changed course and charged gold for game play (roles) but I'd rather they go back to cosmetic items only

Really happy they added a pants option with a loincloth. It's a big step in the right direction for some more native clothes

Yes, you can kill them in the missions and take the pelts to Gus.

The naturalist trailer on YouTube has over 10 million views but the likes/dislikes haven’t changed much since the first day of views. This means all of those views cane from R* having the trailer as a YouTube ad before other videos. That’s a very good thing because it means unlike frontier pursuits and moonshiner R* spent a lot on marketing this update. The only GTAO trailer that doesn’t have that many views is casino heist because that honestly marketed itself, the naturalist trailer is very close to most big GTAO trailer views. This is very good news for RDO players! R* and T2 took a risk with this update and spent the marketing money on it and from everything I’ve been hearing from people here and YouTube is that it paid off in terms of number of people who jumped on! RDR2 is free on games pass and was 50% off on PS4 so I bet a lot of people jumped on on consoles, maybe way more than PC.

Depends how you look at it today I guess, the Strickland boots and Gator hat (I think) are both old items that got new variants today and those are still limited items.

 

Obviously I'm not in the know, it just wouldn't surprise me.

I tired to fix it through the stables a few days ago, ran into the bug again yesterday. It’s not a full game breaker to me, it’s just really annoying.
