The property deeds were found by Bob from the collectible map team, but it turns out they were old findings that possibly date back to day one. So it's not new or anything that suggest it's coming in the next update. It's just another feature on paper that was planned all the way back to 2018.

Keep in mind, the game went through a couple of stages that resulted in drastic changes to their plans, starting with an approach to adapt roles, and nowadays with the virus that delayed pretty much everything. In other words, don't take the prices and locations for granted, as they are more of placeholders. Who knows if the Saint Denis mansion mentioned becomes part of a heist than an actual property.

It is very much playable. Game has never been in such a better state, atleast on PC. No crashes, no annoying disconnects, animals spawns all over the place, random encounters, no infinite loading, the list just goes on. The only issue I have experienced is the horse fast travel bug.

It seems that r* servers go to sleep at night... nothing but error messages. Funny that its rdo the issues persists on and not gtao.. you know, since rdo came out after. I would have hoped having animals wouldn't have sacrificed being in the game.

Issues seem to persist on RDO due to the coding that is trying to prevent solo lobbies via firewalls or lower MTU settings like you can in GTO, so once the server ping / quality rate drops below a limit set by Rockstar, you get kicked / disconnected. As with GTAO if you have a low MTU / Ping / quality connection you end up in a Solo lobby by yourself and see the GTAO player list basically vanish.

Even if your connection is perfect and the fastest available, it could be a split second drop in your connection that in RDO kick you out to a error message or on GTAO kicks everyone else out of the lobby but you.

That's my take on it anyway. I could get more technical but I'm not about to explain it in detail as it's not worth it, ha.

Obviously that doesn't stop the instant disconnects when trying to load into a session, that's Rockstars end, as that is most likely an handshake issue between you and Rockstar, so you just get instantly disconnected.

In regards to everyone crashing, I haven't crashed once yet after upgrading my internet to 100/40 with a new modem.

 

My old modem and connection was crashes galore. I haven't been disconnected once, even recently now with the servers getting hammered.

I'm not getting disconnects myself, just weird graphic issues on like black screens and flickering on PC, but saying that sometimes when it glitches to a black screen my 5G ethernet connection drops the internet connection, only game this does it on though to be fair, my standard ethernet connection never has the issue so could just an issue with the 5G ethernet connection drivers that the game gets funny with.

Back to the black screen issues, I think it could be related to HDR as I turned it off in-game to test it out and didn't get any black screens just some lag every now and then where I would get black screens with HDR on.

I did a full system reinstall and game install and the problem went away for a couple of days but the graphic issues I've had since the update come out last Tuesday have come back, so it's definitely the game and not my system itself.

Hopefully there is a small patch released today before the drip feed if there is any today.

After playing the epilogues in story mode, several new houses with a real estate sign could be found on the map. Perhaps those deeds were from never used story mode content. Some houses had furniture in them, some none. They were accessible.

In online, those buildings are not present.
