For everyone upset/disappointed with the bonuses/discounts this week: what kind of bonuses could we get that would actually satisfy you? Seems like it doesn't matter what kind of bonuses they give out, everyone here would still be upset.

 

Most of us have more money any gold than we know what to do with and have already bought everything we want. So getting upset over bonuses and discounts we wouldn't use anyway seems kind of pointless doesn't it? Just my thoughts, of course. I didn't expect any great bonuses this week so there's nothing to be upset about.

I don't, it's just IF we don't get no info today, we will know that in a few hours ofcourse.

I think it's a start that they have given bonuses specifically for players that have a maxed out role, but I think they could offer a bit more on that concept across the board somehow and go further than a few dynamite sticks.

 

I do wonder how far in advance these weekly bonuses are decided, and who exactly decides them, because I'm sure the community could come up with a few weeks worth of stuff that would offer some variety and incentive.

I don't think they really care about the community's ideas, though. They want the community engaged how they want it. Posts of pictures taken in their games, positive statements about their games, art and so on. Things have to be done the Rockstar way or not at all. Otherwise they wouldn't be dead silent for half a year now in regards to anything that wasn't GTA 5's coming next gen re-release. 

 

I mean, they might care, but if it's the case they do a terrible job (to put it lightly) at showing it. How hard is it to put a post out saying anything at all? They can't even be bothered to post patch notes BEFORE the patch goes live...

 

I like the idea a lot though, because you're right, there would be some really fun / interesting weeks if this was the case.

Imo the next dlc will just be a minor filler along the lines of moonshiners and there won‘t be anything substantial until the PS5 release.

I don’t think motion capture might be an issue for them, looking at Ubisoft forward few days ago and they had so many live actions trailers which in no way they recorded before pandemic. Every other  AAA game is getting major updates with sh*t ton of content and cutscenes.

Back again ladies to remind everyone that yes Strauss Zelnick is in fact a money grubbing c ock sucker. And yes C OCKSTAR can burn in hell. Literally no worse than EA and in some cases even f*cking EA and Activision are better. C ockstar only gets away with it cause their games are actually good. C ockstar are legitimately becoming my least favorite game company. EA nor activision have wronged me as much as Rockstar has these past few years with their greed for gtao their ruining it with OP weapons and vehicles not caring AT ALL about hackers in the game that makes them bank cause "why fix it if people dont complain that much we still raking in the cash. I could care less about gta 6. I really loved Red Dead but holy f uck rocksta you f ucking blew it HARD. EAT sh*t.

Now this is wild speculation and wishful thinking but hear me out. 

 

Rockstar have run limited clothing for 2 weeks before, but when was the last time they ran money and xp bonuses for 2 weeks? Unless they plan on stacking bonuses on top of the current ones next week, technically there is no need for a weekly newswire next week. Meaning it potentially leaves next Tuesday open for an announcement newswire.

 

Like I said, wishful thinking () but it could finally mean something
