Oh...great. I didn't know that LS clothing lasted two weeks. I said yesterday that I could see the DLC dropping in July and it seems I am right, one DLC in July then exactly six months later we get the Christmas DLC. I am not saying I am right but my prediction about them fulfilling what they said about expanded Roles, announcing the Next Gen version and then dropping Xbox One and PS5 support seems to be holding true.

 

DLC in July, next gen RDR2/RDO announced, next gen RDR2/RDO drops around October/November, last DLC drops, support for Xbox One and PS4 being dropped is announced within the first quarter of next year and then we start seeing significant updates.

Just curious is all, and in case there was a gem or two in there as I'm rich and haven't had to piss about being sure I pop on every week and commit to this game to get these bits, if it's all available in one go, I might just go on a spending spree, lol.

 

But it does suggest to me, like @RyuNova said above, it's bait to see folk spend out before a DLC, lol.

 

Still think this and GTA get one in the same period though, maybe a week apart at best.

Mmm okay so we now know the DLC isn't coming for 2 weeks, so no info today I gues. Maybe next week then or the week after when we go near the end of the limited stock clothing. I'm now hoping for a double gold on treasure maps or on daily challenges.

Something we agree on... lol

Clothes just don't do anything for me. Maybe if I had a female character I would appreciate it more.

Which brings up another issue... why can't we have multiple characters? It would just make me spend more if anything....

I’m definitely not betting it.  
 

Months ago I was a staunch defender of R*, saying how their update schedule was actually faster than GTAO, and to expect new stuff very soon (based on a previous pattern with the previous passes, and how the weekly updates were progressing).  
 

Even with the coronavirus lockdowns, they should have had something in the pipeline that was close to finished and ready for release.  Nope.  
 

Few weeks ago they started doing double rewards for certain collections - figured after they cycled through them all new update would be here.  They ended up only doing about half of those.  So again....Nope.

 

Constant burns and no communication has soured even this one of the most devoted of fans.  
 

So ughhhh...I know this is probably 90% due to the virus, but the zero communication (and R* isn’t the only guilty one, now or in the past) is just a big souring note.

 

.......but here’s hoping.

It is strange, I'm sure many would love a 2nd character to play different roles or be a male and a female etc. 

 

Although must say, I read plenty here and I'm sure I've read other posts of yours and agreed with them. I'm just far less active here than GTA areas as I play there more so indulge many more topics rather than just moan like I can here, lol. I think it's largely just the griefing aspects we see differently, but no biggie. Always good to learn other folks perspectives here.
