Intro with black screen

Hello

I'm having kind of a big issue.

I just installed EFLC, the lost and damned work fine but when I try to start TBOGT I just hear the intro with no sound. It has even occured that my computer crashes and it says "VIDEO_TDR_ERROR" I believe that means GPU overload if i'm correct.

I tried running it in compatibility mode for windows vista (windows recommended that) and currently am using windows 10. When I try to wait for the intro to be finished nothing happens and the screen just stays black.

Normal GTA IV works fine as well.
