Also on topic, I didnt know the new smock shirty thing could be worn under vests and coats. I thought it was a special kind of top that took up all the slots. On a side note, can the belted shirt from TOP2 be worn under vets and coats?

That said, the social club link is not safe-proof since the double-action revolver (I think it’s called?) is still locked for me at the fence despite doing the 50 headshots challenge in GTA:O. I can bypass the lock with one of the outlaw pass voucher but... I’ve heard the weapon wasn’t that good anyway.

The golden double action revolver also gets added to RDR2s singleplayer right? 

That would explain why my Arthur received a golden double action on PC. I completed that event in GTAO on PS4.

Just a friendly tip:

 

If you have guests who need to be kept busy with games, make sure you have a spare account logged in. Chavez ended up like this, with a whole bunch of new clothes and a lot less gold bars.......

Yeah, had that exact same problem yesterday. 43 gold and about 3000 dollars just, poof. Never letting anyone touch my online character ever again. Well... At least I'm not broke, still sucks though.

"you have no more gold bars. can we use the store to buy some?"

 

I quickly looked at the screen. 0,85 gold bars left and $19K cash........, I was on 105 gold bars and $31K. 

Oh, and I have to rebuy a tricolor Norfolk.... and rebond with it.....

Clothes, yes. horses, no. Not enough stables means......delete a horse, get the one you had in mind, before discovering you can't own more horses than stables. I do have a whole lot of red clothes now, since they tried to create the perfect cowboy Santa.

Any outlaw pass is definitely worthwhile.

I hit 100 Friday and now have $15,600 and 142.59 gold, after having a little over $7000 and 133 gold before the pass.

I still have a load of things unclaimed, mostly various clothes and outfits.

 

Easy money (and goods) just for playing the game as usual.

After the snow they could add seasons with what we have now

 

Spring would be like it is now with medium weather extremes but more chance of it being warm and sunny each day
Summer would be swelteringly hot like Bayou Nwa hot all over the map, too warm for coats.
Autumn would be the same as Spring but with more chance of it being colder and rains more
Winter would be snow, cold weather and blizzards.

I wouldn't mind 3 months of snow, for as long as it is not a 3 month long snowstorm.

I use long range weapons, kind of hard to use in snowstorms =P

When I say snow, cold and blizzards the blizzards would hit over Christmas and New Year for a week or so like they did this year. Not three months of hardcore snow blindness.

The storms only last as long as rainstorms normally do, so no more bother than normal weather with the exception of needing appropriate clothing.

 

I'd be up for seasons as well.

Forza Horizon 4 did seasons pretty damn well both as a mechanic for SP but also in online (every week a new season), I think it's a matter of time before it happens in more open world games. Doubt it'll get added into RDR2/RDO cause Rockstar will want to do it right and not just fiddle with temperature, rain and snow but I think we might get it in future games for sure.

Possible next gen when they inevitably drop current gen support to implement more advanced elements to the game.

Would still highly doubt it even then my self. Season changes means a lot of new models and textures for things like grass, flowers, bushes and trees, you'd also need to have the NPC's wear season appropriate clothing etc as well and most of the games models don't support that either. If we're talking Rockstar level of detail as well then they'd probably go deep into things like the ecosystems and have animal density reduce over winter which would would mean they'd probably need to tweak the ambient sounds and stuff as well.

 

Seasons are a sh*t ton of work especially for an open world game like RDR or GTA so if they're going to happen it's most likely going to be a big thing they develop for a new game.

Same, if they went to all t5he trouble of adding different "warmth level" clothing the least they can do is give us a reason to wear the stuff.
