And this still happens with newer people who don't understand that when someone is casually walking through town as they(The new people) are shooting it up, means that they are not considered a threat in any way.

But they don't think that far ahead, they just see another target and open fire...

Has anyone ever seen tents set up in the middle of Bearclaw Camp? I came to kill a bear for my daily challenge and instead saw four tents and a few campfires that I’ve never seen there before.

There's a gang hideout that spawns there, not uncommon to see it partially spawned with just the structures but no "hideout".

Hideouts (well, the props anyway) will persist for quite a while after being cleared apparently, I run into them all the time while hunting and collecting.

Haven't really been on in a week or so, not done much more than buy my shack Moonshinewise and let my daily streak lapse after 57 days. Just started to feel a bit absurd to be cramming it in between work and Christmas shopping and visits etc. Got the week off between Christmas and New Year's though, so hopefully I can get my shine on then.

Edit: also just spent some five grand and 70 gold bars buying all the emotes, only to find out you can equip four at a time, for a total of 16. Had I known this I would've bought only the ones I like

I was 199 when I started today. I set markers on the map to get some dailies done efficiently, sold a full load of trading goods, but didn't make it to 200 by a few XP points. My trade sale brought me to Wallace Station, so I sold a collection to get to 200 there .

Doing a few dailies would take too much of my patience to get that 200!

Quick question: if I unlock the Navy Revolver in GTA:O on PS4, will the data transfer to my RDRO account on PC if I have my Steam account and PS4 account linked to Social Club?

It probably will not. Console accounts and PC accounts aren't linked, AFAIK.

Not true. Every bonuses I could unlocked in GTA:O on my PS4 was applied to my PC version of RDR2, including the navy revolver, the free collector bag and whatnot.

 

The Social club serve as a link.

It should work, assuming Steam works like the Rockstar launcher. I unlocked the Navy Revolver on PS4 and got it almost instantly on my PC copy of RDO.

 

Multiquoting is tough on mobile.

Wait. You're talking about the Navy Revolver, not the Lowry gun, right? The Navy Revolver was added for everyone. The Lowry gun needs to be unlocked first in GTAO.

I play on PS4 so I'm all set, but for PC players and new players in general who got a console/RDR2 for the holidays, a warm jacket and maybe a warm vest and boots would have been a great log in gift over plums and incendiary ammo..

By the time they'e finished the story mode properly, the snow will be gone already

The story is so good it really would be a shame to preoccupy yourself with online before finishing. Besides that it will also give them a much better understanding of the map and the lore and side characters that show up in online. To anyone reading this who hasn't fished the SP story, you're seriously missing out..

Matrelith was probably talking about the Lowry gun (which is a custom Navy Revolver) that you unlock after finding all clues in GTA:O. That’s what I was referring to.

 

That said, the social club link is not safe-proof since the double-action revolver (I think it’s called?) is still locked for me at the fence despite doing the 50 headshots challenge in GTA:O. I can bypass the lock with one of the outlaw pass voucher but... I’ve heard the weapon wasn’t that good anyway.

The double action does a fair amount less damage than any other pistol except the semi-automatic (which is based on the Borchardt C-93).

Surprisingly they gave the Volcanic more damage potential than most other hand guns in game, which is quite the opposite of their real life effectiveness.

 

The damage differential is probably less important to game play than using a gun you like the reload speed of, or just use one you like the look or features of.

I prefer the LeMat for the secondary shotgun, reload is painfully slow, but accuracy, range, and damage are not far off anything else.

 

Maybe if you do showdowns all the time it matters more.

You should be happy with your choice above any other considerations.

Try restarting your game and the website, sign in and out of the website as well. I read on Reddit that that worked for someone.
