So something i noticed about the snow after 5 years.

If you have a Christmas Horn on your car it adds bells that jingle when jangled by a bump.

Maybe because one of the Forum Staff moved it as it's probably the most appropriate place. 
 

There's several other results with basically the same answer - unless you ran into a game bug / glitch, it's because of the festive horns.
