But wasnt fully clear, but had the part how he swore no matter what he would protect his daughters and failed to do so. Is there any more follow up where we know what happened? He was just saying he was going to protect his daughters from Micah and what they used to do together, and to do that he had to wash his hands of Micah and remove him from his life entirely. jje1000 Posted January 2, 2019 Share Posted January 2, 2019 It would be so fascinating if Amos and Micah were identical twins. It would remind me of those stories of identical twins raised separately- still the same basic character, but different in the way they turned out. In Amos' case, I could see a same sort of viciousness (considering the way he addresses Micah), but redirected to protecting his family rather than as pointless violence and cruelty.
