NEW Interactive GTA Online map with all the properties

Hello everyone, I wanted to share with you a tool I made for GTA Online.  I created an interactive map that lets you view all the properties and some information about them.  You can see it here at https://www.gtaboss.gg/map/ 

 

I've added almost all the properties in GTA Online.  (I have not yet added cheap apartments and garages)

 

You can click on the properties marker on the map and see a picture, the price and in the future more information about them. 

 

I've spent a lot of time optimizing it for both desktop and mobile but if you have any issues please let me know and include what kind of device you are viewing it from.

Do you plan to add personal aircraft spawnpoints?

Here Vespucci MC Clubhouse, literally no effort to reach the closest Terrorbyte AND personal aircraft spawnpoint. 

(just an example for extremely lazy peoples like me who want everything concentrated.)

I hadn't thought of that but that's a good suggestion.  I will add aircraft spawnpoints

I've updated the map and added all pegasus and personal aircraft spawn points.

When I click the link, the screen is just black with a little test near the top that says " Select a property marker on the map for more information about that property".

On a P.C. with Windows 10 if that matters.

Thanks for letting me know.  I haven't heard about this issue yet.  What browser are you using?

Oh also, do you have javascript disabled or a really slow internet connection?  It sounds like the map is not loading so all you see is a black background where it should be.

From a Developer point of view, I see that you used "leaflet". 
Did you follow a tutorial or have any useful link to share? I'm quite interested by that topic  (However I don't know why it isn't using an SVG map? I thought leaflet was always using SVG)

Anyway, good job for your map, it's clear and no major issue on my side. (The only thing I could say is that the user is able to "scroll" on the sides too much and the map completely disappear, but that's optmization more than an issue)

OK, I just clicked on the text and everything came into view. Very nice map!

Using Mozilla Firefox btw.

For leaflet I mainly used the official documentation/examples, react-leaflet and searched github issues/stack overflow when I got stuck on anything.  I actually don't know anything about SVG maps but Leaflet can use a tile layer that uses .png's I used gdal2tiles to create the tileset from an image.

 

It took me a couple months full time to build because it was my first project with Leaflet and React.  There were some complications getting it all to work together and then also trying to optimize it for mobile.

 

Btw thanks for mentioning the scroll off the side issue.  I am fixing it now.

I found the imgur link that also shows all convenience stores, atms, and soda machines. And all moc spawnpoints. I know there isnt a map for avenger,terrorbye spawn points. Wondering if these would be added?

Yes I would like to add these but maybe not right away.  I plan to also add locations related to the RDR Revolver/Hatchet missions and the 9 Vehicle Warehouse sell locations.
