Sounds like the same bug-ridden lag you run into when trying to sell herbs at the Doctor; sell too fast, and the system clogs up.

 

Only way I know of to avoid the buggy clog is to sell one herb at a time, waiting for the herb icon to "register" on-screen as well as the sale price; then you sell the next single item.

 

Slower than molasses; probably by design to absorb player time--I still shake my head at how slowly our characters do each freaking mocap movement in this game.

 

They could--and should--be noticeably faster. It also shouldn't take going through two "Exit" button presses to leave crafting--players can sneak up on you, and you'd still be sitting there trying to exit, FFS.

They have--and will--they're even calling the Welcome Center in Strawberry a "Secret House Full of Unlimited Loot" FFS. As if no other building in RDO has plenty of loot. Geez.

 

Gets really old, really fast, and only makes the YT'r look like the morons they are, especially when someone else has already mentioned it days or even weeks ago.

That's a dream compared to auto-riding across the states while having the map open then getting attacked by wolves, NPCs or other players. Pilots press less buttons landing 747s than we have to in order to get back to the screen and draw a weapon.

The animation cutscenes in RDO are even more time consuming and disruptive to gameplay than GTA Online.

 

Even needing to quickly clean a weapon is a dangerous choice in a brief lull in combat, due to losing the radar (same with fishing and crafting) and sheer time it takes (and how the heck does wiping off the outside of the weapon improve its performance?)

 

Come on, Rockstar, if you create a gun-cleaning anim, at least show my character cleaning the actual barrel of the gun.

 

Rockstar really needs to STOP second-guessing players and micro-managing everything. Yes, it p*sses me off, because OPEN WORLD games are about the players making their own bloody decisions and coming up with their own fun.

 

NOT the developers. Their job is to create the awesome sandbox. Not tell me how to play in it.

 

If Rockstar ever learns that truth, they will be unmatched as a game developer.
