How do you make money as John? I don't really get why Arthur did not give John his money if he gave him the satchel. Kinda odd but perhaps for story reasons it kinda made sense. I got the gold bar in Limpany again. Seems the glitch was patched so I only got one (either that or I didn't do the glitch correctly).
