Who tipped off the cops?

It's the train robbery in Scarlett Meadows...

 

Since no one is responding... 

In the newspaper it states that the cops were tipped off to this robbery.

Who could have tipped off the cops?

Except the way my story played out, the whole time this robbery was being planned and executed - dude was in jail in Strawberry (I left him in there as long as possible so I wouldn't have to see his ugly mug wandering around camp, being offensive - and that was before I knew he was a rat!)

 

I see three possibilities:

 

1) The gang was being their usual noisy, bumbling selves and they let something slip to some random third party about the job before they pulled it off (after all, they'd had the tip for a while before acting on it)

2) There was another rat in the gang that never got discovered

3) R* moved around the missions and plot points so much in the months leading up to release that they forgot to go back and remove the newspaper reference to a rat before there was one.......

I know lol, I was being facetious. Most likely,  it was your first comment.  For most of the jobs,  the gang isn't exactly being the most quiet.
