Maximum Completion Percentage before Epilogue?

I'm wanting to play as Arthur for as long as I can, so I'm wondering what things cannot be completed as him? I mean he obviously can't do the epilogue missions,  for instance. Also can't encounter the Laramie boys or Skinner brothers until 1907. Is there anything else I'm missing? Doing the Angelo Bronte glitch I got the herbs in New Austin for herbalist 9, so now I can complete all of the challenges. I'm basically just wondering the maximum % I can complete the game before having to do the rest as John.

I didn't do all the challenges (didn't want to do the glitch) and I got somewhere around 71% or so. I think that's it.

I did all the challenges except gambler (cannot be bothered) and got to 70,8%

I'm already at 60.8% in Chapter 4, and I haven't done any collectibles,  still have 4 more challenges to master. The rest of the story (excluding the epilogue) counts for about 10 percent more, I figure I might be around 85% or so by the end of chapter 6

Currently at 76% with only 3 or 4 missions left in Chapter 6.

I have done all the challenges I can. Only Herbalist 9 and Horseman 9 left. 

I have done every available stranger missions, found every collectibles in the available map. 

I will try to unlock as much trapper gear I can before finishing the chapter. 

Only have to buy the cleaver, the hatchet and another melee weapon from the fence.

FWIW, I did Arthur as much as I could before jumping to John at 79.4% "My Last Boy" (before Arthur's last mission)
Then I did Arthur as quickly as I could to jump to John at: 59.4% "The Wheel" (the first time you can save as John)

Answer to a slightly different question but I think you can get up to 98% by the time you complete the epilogue final story mission.

 

You need to place the squirrel statute to get the tick for the hunting requests, and it didn’t give me that option until after American Venom although I’d collected it from Mrs Hobbs quite a bit before. The Graves was also ghosted until then.

 

If you use the glitch to get into New Austin early you can do everything except these two items and the story missions before the epilogue, but those two are obviously not possible.

 

If you don’t glitch, you can’t pass Herbalist 9 and Horseman 9 and 10 would be very difficult. Also max health stamina and dead eye by implication. Two hideouts can be accessed glitching and one gang (del lobbos but you can’t encounter the Laramies or the Skinners before the epilogue).

I did horseman 9 & 10 without the glitch... Just keep pumping yourself and your horse with meds until you make it to blackwater, and for 10, the Hungarian Halfbred spawns literally right across the river on the edge of great plains, I could literally see him without even having to zoom in with binoculars.. it took a couple save reloads, you just have to try to be quick as hell, and make sure you have a gold healt core just in case Pinkertons show up before you finish breaking him. Took me about 4 or 5 re-loads of the save I made, right across from where he spawns. N I'm in ch.4 ... (My 2nd play through, did the glitch on my og playthrough, but still completed the horseman challenges without it..)
