What happened to Rashkovsky's blood?

I've been playing online now for 5 years, and when heists came out i can remember rashkovsky having blood all over his prisoner uniform and his face. It made sense alongside his "And i nearly get a shiv for the pleasure" comment. But now for a good year or two the blood's just been missing. Anyone else notice this or know why it happened? Was it censorship issues or are there other reasons?

If its a bug, why hasn't it been patched after this many years?

from what i remember, it wasn't this way before the lowriders update. I think one of the cutscenes messed up his appearance, just like the heists update messed up cutscenes by removing magazines from weapons 

 

EDIT: it wasn't the heists update that removed mags from weapons, F&F was with the introduction of box and drum mags.

I can deal with him being clean since whenever i play Prison Break, i end up being a pilot.
What i can't deal is missing weapon magazines in cutscenes.

They were probably considered an identifying feature at the time, suggesting they were not reading glasses.

I always thought they removed the glasses due to the Walter White resemblance.

 

As for the blood, missing mags - it's not a money glitch and doesn't stop you from playing, so it's unlikely to be fixed.

He always looked more like John Malkovich's character Cyrus from Con Air to me and without the glasses the resemblance is even closer but maybe that's just me.

It is rather concerning yes, seeing as he is the pilot later in the heist

Yeah I hate how the cut scenes take the liberty of re-dressing our characters, for some strange "realism" reason that's so obsolete now.  I also hate how going from mission to mission removes our hats, helmets etc so we have to put them back on again.  ARGH!  Just leave it, R*!!!

Note: Rashkovsky died on his way to his home country.

Sometimes Gerald will appear in cutscenes without a hat or glasses, maybe that's what happened here.

correct me if i´m wrong, but maybe it depends on how fast you reach Rashkovsky.

maybe if you take longer, he will be bloody, and if you are fast he is not bloody
