Offline Mode not available

Please help me fix this issue where the game says offline mode not available to me because I have not signed in,played for more than 50 hours

I tried the deleting of the Social Club folder,verification of game files and so on

When I am on my friends internet it works perfect but it wont work for me

P.S: I am using the steam version
