Dinosaur bones bug

Hi,

I'm having some troubles with dinosaur bones for the 100% completion. I'm currently 28 out of 30 bones. When I pick bone 29, and go to the 30th, the bone isn't on the location. If I go on the location before picking 29th bone, he is here.

Is there a way to solve this problem?

PS : I contacted the support, but nothing seems to work so far...
I'm desperate
