Controller not vibrating for treasures

Anybody experiencing this glitch? I've been having it since my first treasure and only recently I found out that it's supposed to vibrate when you're near treasures and that you're not supposed to use solely Eagle Eye to find them.

 

For record, yes, my vibration in-game and on my console (PS4) is turned on. Everytime I fire my shotgun or my horse skids downhill, I feel it vibrate. The only things it doesn't seem to vibrate for are treasures and players in battle royale mode.

 

Treasure hunting is really frustrating without vibration. The fact that it's not supposed to be like this makes it even more annoying for me. Does anybody have a fix for this?

I've been thinking about this and if your controller is charged up (or had good batteries), and I assume that is the case, then I'd report it o R* as a bug.

There is also a glitch where your controller vibrates for one of the many locations where the treasure COULD be... but isn't.

 

If you do encounter this, take on a stranger mission. It will reset your current treasure map if it was open. Fail/complete the stranger mission and then take on the treasure map again.

My vibration worked fine until two things happened. I'm not sure which is responsible for the loss of vibration & glitch. I think it is either the snow/holiday weather in game or the intuition skill. It could also be a combination of the two but with my collector map I haven't been able to find anything for 3 or 4 days. It is still broken this morning. It is definitely a code issue & not operator error. Wait & surely rockstar will get around to fixing it....

eagle eye+ (the perk which allows you to sprintride while have eagle eye activated) is broken, too.

maybe its connected to each other.

I had this happen before. I just turn it off then back on in the game settings. See if that works?

Make sure it's not inside a cave too.

I've been having a glitch where no vibration came to my controller only today, i am on pc though maybe that might be the reason or low battery
