Needing help with gta v not downloading

My GTA V is not downloading it stops at 931 MB it has 8486 MB remaining it freezes right there I do not want to continue to wait it has been four hours and it still has not budged I have reset the PlayStation I have clean the disk it’s brand new what do I need to do. Someone please help me !!!! Or please call me 2107824797
