Went from clueless to certain, I was right about obvious. :D

 

Debts - "All your brother wants you to do is pay back your debts, CJ." (Sweet in first cutscene)
Basketball - Two Vagos gang members can be seen with a basketball in a scene when you arrive.
Hospital - Hazer is taken to a hospital off-screen (we unfortunately do not know his fate 😧 ).
Marriage - Cesar asks CJ about "popping the question" to Kendl.
