I've done pretty much everything on my main character, and already have a fully modded and customized Insurgent Pickup, but I have 2 accounts and 4 characters total.  I'm not going to waste time and money on bunkers and MOC's or whatever on my other 3 characters, it's just not worth it.

I'm a little sad that 'Festive Surprise 2018' is coming to an end as it's been really good fun - certainly the most enjoyable event since Xmas 2014, imo.

 

Although I personally preferred Special Crates, having exclusive items in 'Event Cargo' was a step the right direction and hopefully a sign things to come with future events - they just need to implement some auto detect software so our efforts are rewarded with an item not already in our inventories.

Congrats!

How the heck did you get 100% sales success with 52 sales. Not one mishap? Were those in public lobbies? Full crew protecting you?

Also, what vehicles etc... do you use for sales that large? I've only sold 9 crates at a time.

So free Insurgent Pickup vehicle today.  Have no intention of getting it even if it is free as I hate the way the thing handles and can roll ridiculously easily.  But my question is, if I grab it now, will I be able to sell it after?  Or will it be locked in my garage because it was a free vehicle?

It's a Pegasus vehicle...you can only store/sell it if you upgrade it to the Custom version, and then it'll still be in your Pegasus list.

A large warehouse requires 37 missions to fill up, and that's in the very least. Definitely beyond what I'm willing to handle, but these fat payouts are so appealing!  I might try it for the next time, after all I'm running out of things to do in this game aside from racing and collecting vehicles... so having a full large warehouse ready for the next double cargo event would be neat.

 

Perhaps by doing some 10 missions each day, I could fill up a large warehouse without making it feel overwhelmingly grindy. 16 per day for my two small warehouses are enough of a grind for me already haha And then there's my medium warehouse to fill up again later too.

@Aghakhi There's a significant opportunity cost at small and medium warehouses, especially considering bonuses in a full friendly sessions (up to 20% easily and that scales amazingly with 2 big warehouses (1.76 mil to be precise, that's 400k more than you will spend to fill up these warehouses). 

About 37 missions, make it 74 because you need 2 large warehouses to work effectively,trust me, it's worth it. 

Some tips:

• Use Terrorbyte and Oppressor Mk II. Buzzard or Thruster are slower in landing and take off, can sustain less damage, equipped with worse missiles. Don't ever drive cars to the destination unless you're absolutely bored;
• Always send your TB back to storage as soon as you're up to collect the crates to be ready to call it at your second warehouse. Do not use your office, it's tremendous waste of time;
• Do not skip "bad" missions, you will lose more time on the cooldown eventually. With  Mk II everything is possible, even sea missions, just blow everything up from a safe distance and collect the crates;
• Push the tempo. Don't run VIP, Terrorbyte or any other crap in between, you're here for crates;
• Mind the schedule and plan ahead: suppose you're doing 74 runs for 2 warehouses, then 19 runs per day will fill you up in 4 days, 25 will do that in 3. Adjust your schedule to your IRL time availability, you can do your minimum and boost on the last day;
• Outsource. I'm using my in-law if he's available to outsource the grind, the lad is very capable and glad to help, last time he did 25 missions in one day without breaking the sweat. However, don'be bad and don't exploit kids (he's 17 and it's a pleasure for him to play on one of my machines with 1080 Ti and nice peripherals while I'm cooking or doing chores);
• Multi task. Learning language? Listen to podcasts while doing pick ups, listen to any other interesting topics. Try audio books. Do that while on conference calls and working from home if you can ( @Gridl0k can relate to that, I can too). I'm usually doing it while on the phone or listening to the podcasts or blasting Wagner.

That's a very helpful post, I appreciate it Not avoid the "bad" missions, focusing on getting crates only and planning accordingly to my schedule already are part of my general routine. I do have a tendency to make things at my own pace though, which is a bit hurried but still not as fast as I could possibly go. That's mainly because I only ever run crates when it's doubled so the missions are actually fun to grind in that short time span instead of boring. Unlike I/E nowadays I'd say

 

I've checked out the large warehouses prices, I'm tempted to buy the cheapest since distance is no longer a big concern thanks to the Terrorbyte

 

I think that, for now, I'll get just a single large warehouse and fill it up. Can't afford to run a full friendly session because I ain't part of such a crew, and more importantly, my broadband network went to sh*t a while ago and I'm having to compensate that using my mobile network to play! So full sessions wouldn't work out very well. Not a big problem, I'm used to grinding fully alone along with its inevitable limitations. I'd like to know though how much exactly a full large warehouse is worth with the current bonuses Based on Hendrix's post it's a little over 5 million it seems which is very impressive if that's the right value!

 

Edit: I say "based on" because he's in a populated public session, so he's getting a bonus over the actual value. I'm wondering what's the value when sold in a solo lobby

It's 4.4 mln without any bonuses. You will spend 666.000 on sourcing the crates.

So it's around 3.74 million profit that way. Still pretty good but the bonus does indeed make quite a difference!

seriously made approx 50 millions ( up from 79 to 126 millions) last week. afked bunker, coke and nightclub and sold some (large) warehouses mixed with some Arena war and client jobs when i was on.

Did anybody find out what the and more was for Jan 1st? I had my gf sign on and run out my apartment  just to get the rewards.because i was at work

But when i hopped on I have yet to find anything free? I might just have my hopes up way too high, i just did not benefit off any of the free give a ways sense i owned both vehicles. Fyi!!! Don't forget to take advantage of an easy robbery in progress from client job. Easy 60k. I park my T-bite at the Vaspucci Helicopter pad sight and use that as my outdoor office station. Cycle between mc contracts (my MC club house and NC is in Vaspucci Beach) and Client jobs, and cargo being able to spawn any heli at will. On a good set i can get a cool 128,000 in like 35 mins and already have a new robbery in progress ready.
