Broken port of san andreas on Android

Gta San Andreas is one of my favorite games of all time, but the problem me and many other people have had with the android version has turned me away from playing it on the go, currently if you were to download it from the play store and play it on Android 7.0+, then Graphical bugs would be rampant like white flashing and pixelated textures, there is already a fix for the pixelated textures but no fix for the white flashes, which may have something to do with the day and night cycle not working properly. ive been trying for over a year to get the damn game to work on my phone, but there's been no solution, the game hasn't been updated since 2015 and it looks like there's no fix in sight. Im coming here to see if anyone can help me fix the damn game, and restore honor to a classic.

Processor:

Quad-core, 1400 MHz, ARM Cortex-A53, 64-bit, 28 nm

ram:1.5 GB

Android 8.1- recently upgraded from android 7.0, stock rom

You may use GTA SA Lite, it's useful and fixed. and highly compressed (doesn't mean that some files gone). I will try to look a solution for you, but take my opinion.

I checked it out and sadly it still has the same graphical bugs, my gpu in my phone is the mali t720 and i downloaded the mali version and still encountered bug, i wish rockstar would actually just fix the port.
