Shop only shows "TRADE" prices for severel vehicles

I saw them pop up (in game on the left side) as 'New trade price unlocked'. I go in there and for a few of them now there's only the trade price showing, at a discount. It's for one arena varient of each; not all three variants. Note I bought one vanilla car to see if theres special features to mod them with (there aint) and that one still looks the same as the other (both price and trade numbers shown). In fact the trade number is still grayed out like the others that I dont have (the price being black). But this 'special' trade price those numbers are in black like 'normal' price. And when I mess with it it tells me I dont have enough to buy it (because I dont). Its as if this is a sale, but the game called it an unlock while if I did have it right now the trade feature doesnt look like it work (although I'm new and havent tried trading anything yet).

This is just a thing in the Arena Shop BTW. It just happened. First there was one, I went in checked it, and then went driving over several minutes now there three like that (two arena models and one normal model).

The trade price is just a discounted price you earn by playing Arena Wars. You will unlock more as you play.

 

 

Once you unlock it, the price is permanently discounted to the "trade price". 

 

There is no actual "trading" of anything. It's just the term they use for the lower price.
