Yeah if it's the cripps from your own camp the best you can do is trample him with your horse or run him over with a wagon.

  • Being drunk makes you unable to auto aim, but same goes for your opponent who can't lock onto you

Really? That's quite a big deal if that works. Are you sure they weren't using Slippery Bastard?

If they weren't, then shouldn't people stop using that card and just get drunk instead? How many bottles will it take?

You need to drink enough to get that drunk screen filter effect. I only did it once in Showdown gamemode and never tried it again, so it might have been a bug or something. It didn't last long either.

I think it's Oleander Sage that gets you sick. I tried to kill Cripps once for going AWOL, it didn't work.

No its Common Bullrush which make you vomit. Found along the shores…

Fun to see:

If you shoot at a "coach/wagon lantern" the wagon will be set on fire and the horses run at full speed away...Hilarious to do that in Strawberry or Valentine, especially at night...

I think you're mixing plants up, prairie poppy doesn't make you vomit it fills your dead eye core, it is poisonous for horses though.

Prarie Poppies can actually make you sick. Seems like it would be a glitch or something. But @Happy Hunter showed a video on it a handful of weeks ago. :)

Today I learned you can break down small birds and animals. I always assumed it was just fish to break down. Le sigh.

How? And can you break down large fish?

Yes, fish you need to break down before you can cook it. :) - But for birds, just go over to them in your satchel and it should say 'Break down' or something like that. With X, I believe.

When I was told about puking on bulrushes I tried it but wasn't sick.

Then I tried it the other way and it worked.

I don't recall which method worked but one or the other - Try both, i.e. eating straight from the ground and from your satchel.

Cool, so those pocket quails do have a use!

Bulrush works for puking from both inventory and straight from the ground. Sometimes it just fails for some reason

While playing a Random Event mission, I was injured by one of the enemy NPC's (shot gun blast).

On the ground waiting to die; was revived by the "stranger"... I was sent to rescue.

Unless I'm missing something, I don't think you can break down large fish like Northern Pike, Muskie, etc. I've broken down lots of other fish, but I've never seen this an option for the ones that must be stored on the back of your horse.

If you can though, how? Thanks! ☺

I was searching about this earlier, I read that you need to go into Horse Cargo to break down the big fish. :)

Ahh, I tried that awhile back, but it wouldn't let me break them down. I'll try again though and see what happens. Thanks!

I just caught this larger Longnose Gar in the Bayou, but can't break it down - only discard. 😕

You can hitch horse to the ground by holding the triangle, even if there's no button prompt.

I've found that this only works in certain areas/ground types, like if it's too rocky for example I haven't been able to hitch to the ground. Granted it was a long while ago I tested it and at this point I'm just used to looking for a grassy/dirt area if I'm gonna ground hitch so I may be wrong.

When you add up the flight feathers, other feathers and meat, small birds sell for more broken down than whole. Opposite applies for the wee mammals though.

When you encounter a fight with a grizzly bear in 3rd person view, there is always something obscuring your view...

Tree branch or scrub or whatever...

I didn’t know how fat Bray was. He looks like he washes himself with a rag on a stick.

Going with when this game is set, he probably does.
