Peppermints can only be purchased at the stable, I believe. They're considered a horse treat.

I‘ve never seen peppermint candy? Afaik the peppermint(herb) you can buy at the stable is treated the same for health/crafting/etc as the wild mint.

I guess that's the confusion, I just assumed peppermint was a type of candy and not another type of mint herb. Dunno if I've ever come across any from looting as I guess it would show up in horse provisions and not with the picked herbs?

I think it just boosts your horse's health core slightly and same for humans.

Yeah it's definitely a dual purpose provision, like blackberries and wild carrots for example. Just seems odd I've never looted any in the game before, I had assumed up till this point it was only purchasable in the stables. Actually now that I look at it for 35 cents it seems pretty useless for both humans and horses compared to the other stuff you could get.

I was standing on a train bridge on my horse, horse proceeds to poop, poop lands on the beams and goes between them and lands on the rocks below! Wouldn't have expected that to have appropriate collision for horse poop lol.

Unless this one was just a bit glitchy, some tents can be shot through. Makes sense I guess.

I saw something similar on Reddit. A player getting killed, from outside, while they were inside the cinema tent in Valentine.

It's a candy, not an herb. It's in horse using the wheel and your satchel provisions

It took me this long to figure out you can change your button assignments to resemble FPS 2 from GTA Online. Standard Controls so that R1 becomes X for your run button on foot and on horse and X becomes your R1 for cover and break while on horse. I feel like such a noob lol

If you have any raw meat in your satchel and you spend 15 minutes in one of the Cotorra hot springs, it'll cook and become a provision.

How did you do that? I could only change between a few and none of them had R1 as run. Just L3 and a one where the triggers are alternated.

I've seen bullet penetration work for tents and for certain wooden fences. Still doesn't explain how leaves seem to absorb my bullets in Tall Trees, though.

Have other players been able to hear your character's voice while doing emotes? I cleared out a gang hideout, with a blue dot hanging out on a dock across the Kamassa River. Right after knocking out the leader, I heard "Whoo! Yeah!" from the same direction the blue dot was camping, that is one of the lines my character says when doing the Hell Year emote.

Maybe you're supposed to be able to but it's buggy atm? Cause when my buddy plays with me he can emote all day and I won't hear sh*t and it always struck me as odd (he will specifically be doing an emote that makes noise for him but I can't hear it).

I saw it in a youtube video but long story short you can just change it in your accessibility options in your PS4 settings. Xbox One probably has the same feature. Took me a few days but I'm finally accustomed to the new control scheme. Good luck!
